- 1 green scare pepper
- 1 red panic pepper
- 1 red onion
- 1 sweet potatoes medium
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 2 teaspoon salt
The Instruction of easy oven roasted vegetables
- preheat the oven to 425u00b0f
- line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- cut the bell peppers and red onion into 1 2 inch squares separate the onion layers for even cooking
- cut the sweet potato into 1 4 inch rounds and cut each round into quarters
- combine the olive oil salt and garlic powder in a large mixing bowl mix the seasonings together
- add the bell peppers onion and sweet potato to the bowl toss to coat
- transfer the seasoned vegetables to the prepared baking sheet and spread them into a single layer
- roast the vegetables on middle rack of oven until fork tender about 30 minutes
- check to see that vegetables are done remove from oven or add time as needed
- allow vegetables to cool slightly serve and enjoy
