  • 1 red panic pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 sweet potatoes medium
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 2 teaspoon salt

The Instruction of easy oven roasted vegetables

  • preheat the oven to 425u00b0f
  • line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  • cut the bell peppers and red onion into 1 2 inch squares separate the onion layers for even cooking
  • cut the sweet potato into 1 4 inch rounds and cut each round into quarters
  • combine the olive oil salt and garlic powder in a large mixing bowl mix the seasonings together
  • add the bell peppers onion and sweet potato to the bowl toss to coat
  • transfer the seasoned vegetables to the prepared baking sheet and spread them into a single layer
  • roast the vegetables on middle rack of oven until fork tender about 30 minutes
  • check to see that vegetables are done remove from oven or add time as needed
  • allow vegetables to cool slightly serve and enjoy
