Just in grow old for Easter we bring you this beautiful chocolate which is super-moist thanks to the accessory of natural yoghurt.
The ingredient of Chocolate Yoghurt Cake
- 1 1 2 cups self raising flour
- 1 2 cup cocoa
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 4 cup raspberry jam
- 1 2 cup natural yoghurt
- 3 eggs
- 200g melted butter
- 50g dark chocolate
- 40g butter
- small easter eggs
The Instruction of chocolate yoghurt cake
- preheat oven to 160u00b0c grease and line a 20cm round cake pan include self raising flour cocoa and brown sugar move around in raspberry jam yoghurt eggs and melted butter
- pour the mix into the pan and smooth the surface bake for 1 hour 10 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean subsequently inserted set aside to cool in the pan forward into the future transferring to a wire rack to cool completely
- melt dark chocolate and 40g butter in a bowl on top of higher than hot water until smooth set aside to thicken slightly pour the icing higher than the cake and leave to set decorate once small easter eggs
